General Policies
Please let us know if you are or may be pregnant; also advise us of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, blood pressure issues, and other special conditions and needs. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We reserve the right to change our prices, policies and services. All pagers and cellphones have to be turned off upon the arrival at the Spa Institute and during the procedures.

Any guest under the age of 18 must me accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa area.

Booking an Appointment and Cancellation Policies
Please make every effort to schedule your appoint well in advance and confirm it close to the date of the appointment. Ideally, book your service as far in advance as possible - one week for single services, two weeks for multiple and day services. Let us know if you need a wheel chair access. In case you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 24 hours prior to the appointment. There may be a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.

Treatment Time
Please note that late arrivals for the procedure may result in a shorter time available for your treatment; as a general rule, arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to to check in and take full advantage of your scheduled time. On your first visit, please arrive 20 minutes prior to complete necessary paperwork.

Gratuity
Island Medical Spa has a no tipping policy.

Level of Comfort
This is your journey and the level of undress is completely up to you. You will always be covered except for the area receiving treatment at any given time. Your comfort and privacy is of the utmost importance.

Attire
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Leave jewelry at home, since many services require you to remove jewelry.
